• When can we check-in and check-out?

If you booked a room you may check-in between noon and 2:00pm – all other reservations check-in from 2pm.

• What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa – Mastercard – Diners – Bancomat cash card

• What are your cancellation policies:

Your credit card will only be used as a guarantee. Generally, you may cancel a booking for free, up to 24 hours before arrival, but cancellations after that will imply the payment of the first night.

When it is very high season (bank holidays, fairs, etc), you may cancel a booking right up until the last deadline that is fixed time after time, even reaching 15 days before arrival. In this case, the fine is equivalent to the payment of three nights.

If you book a package that includes at least one night over, you must guarantee for your stay with a credit card or have to pre-pay via bank transfer. You may cancel your booking for free, up to five days before arrival, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation voucher.

• Can you organize food and wine tours, cycling holidays or tours to the Ferrari museum in Maranello?

Yes, we will be happy to help you organize any sort of cultural, sports, food and wine activity in our region. Our hotel is surrounded by nature where you can take strolls or go bike riding, but it is also very close to the most important cities in Emilia Romagna.

• How much does it cost to enter Balnea beauty Farm?

Our guests can use the pools, gym, sauna and Turkish bath for free, whereas a one-day entry for those who are not clients of Hotel Terme Salvarola costs 29,00 €. All massages and treatments are not included in this price and we advise you to book in advance.

• What treatments can I try at the Spa?
